If caffeine is linked to walking an extra 1,000 steps a day, it suggests that the popular drink may help to boost our activity levels without much extra effort. If this is true, coffee would be pretty awesome stuff.

There is some evidence that caffeine enhances physical performance. Interestingly, you’ll hear people say they run or exercise better after drinking coffee.

Yet another finding suggests that while your Apple Watch may be happy to see an increase in your exercise steps, the drink can disrupt your sleep. Nothing is perfect… Same goes for coffee.
